Brooke Douglas Named Graceland University Female Senior Athlete of the Year

Brooke Douglas of Overland Park, KS, was was named 2016-17 Graceland University Female Senior Athlete of the Year during the annual athletic banquet at Graceland University April 18.

Brooke, a Graceland University Women's Soccer team captain and four-year starter, was a First-Team All-Conference selection this season. Throughout the season, she was moved from position to position, playing whichever role was needed to help the team. Brooke scored two goals and tallied three assists on the season. She was also named a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete and to the 2016 NSCAA-NAIA Women's All-Midwest Region Second Team.
